Your responsibilities will include:
- implementing Sales Department`s strategy in subordinate stores to achieve business objectives, and ensure that these activities are in line with the corporate strategy
- using available resources and tools to maximize daily sales in subordinate stores
- monitoring sales budget performance and the implementation of standards and procedures
- managing store preparation for inventory costs in stores to optimize operating costs
- hiring and taking responsibility for the development of store managers
- managing and supporting store managers in their daily work
