Your responsibilities will include:
- plan and organize induction & development trainings, ensuring smooth onboarding and continuous learning for store & office employees
- administer and enhance the e-learning platform to drive employee development
- manage and coordinate recruitment processes, from sourcing to hiring
- consult employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance and engagement
- provide daily HR support to Area Managers and store teams, addressing various HR-related matters
- support daily HR tasks by translating and adapting group-level materials, ensuring they are relevant and effectively communicated to local employees
- prepare reports and conduct analysis on recruitment, training, and employee exits, identifying areas for improvement
- collaborate with key external partners, including recruitment agencies, payroll providers, and H&S service providers
